What You'll Do
- The Influencer Marketing (IM) & Affiliates Lead, APAC, based in Manila, plays a critical leadership role in establishing trust, credibility, and conversion-driven engagement for Emma Sleep’s products. This role focuses on middle-to-lower funnel saturation through strategic influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in IM and affiliate marketing within 7+ countries in APAC, experience managing teams, and a strong ability to develop and refine processes for optimal performance.
- Develop and implement IM and affiliate strategies that build trust and credibility with target audiences across APAC.
- Identify and partner with influencers and affiliates aligned with Emma Sleep’s values and credibility.
- Create playbooks on targeted content and offers focused on conversions at the consideration and decision stages.
- Optimize campaigns to drive product trials, sign-ups, and purchases.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of affiliate partners to enhance performance.
- Optimize commission models and marketing support to maximize conversion rates across diverse APAC markets.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships across various platforms, tailoring strategies to each country’s unique landscape.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-driven execution for influencer collaborations.
- Scout, negotiate and onboard regional agencies and/or affiliate platforms.
- Develop creative and localized content briefs with clear calls to action for conversion.
- Monitor and analyze performance, delivering insights and optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations.
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in IM and affiliate marketing.
- Standardize workflows for influencer and affiliate management.
- Track and analyze campaign spend, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with regional marketing, sales, and product teams to align IM and affiliate strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop localized marketing assets and briefs.
- Collaborate with media buying team to maximize usage of influencer assets.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Regional Marketing Head, focusing on conversion metrics.
- Foster regular regional best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering a high-performing work environment.

Who We're Looking For
- You have proven experience in IM and affiliate marketing within APAC, with a focus on conversion optimization.
- You have strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and refining processes.
- You have deep understanding of the APAC influencer and affiliate landscape.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- You are proficient in marketing platforms and tools.
- You are fluent in English; additional APAC languages are preferred.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup experience is a plus).
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
