Your challenge:

  • Own the Supply Chain: Take charge of our entire offline operations process, including production, warehousing, and delivery to customers.
  • Lead the Team: Guide and support a high-performing team of 50 people, including 4 direct team leads, across our European offices.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers and partners across Europe, ensuring that the service level agreements (SLAs) are met to support our strategic and operational objectives.
  • Drive Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement using KPIs, and track performance metrics to find and implement better ways of doing things.
  • Implement Best Practices: Ensure that industry best practices and strategic projects within Operations are put into action successfully.

Who we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or a related subject, or have relevant working experience in this area
  • You have strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  • You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members
  • You know how to manage reasonably sized teams (40+ members)
  • You have a strategic mindset and are conceptually strong
  • You have an independent ad structured way of working, and are a process-oriented thinker
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You have very good English skills
