We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing initiatives for Emma. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and scaling digital campaigns across key channels such as paid search, social, display, and programmatic.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, CTV, Programmatic, Affiliate, etc.)
- Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to continuously test and refine messaging and assets
- Use first-party and behavioral data to personalize media and segment audiences
- Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, and partners
- Monitor budget pacing and make real-time optimizations to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new performance media opportunities
Who we're looking for
- Native fluency in Japanese; Fluent in English
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or DTC
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and analytics tools
- Proven track record in optimizing campaigns and scaling digital spend efficiently
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Japanese
