What you'll do:
- As part of Emma’s Offline Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure efficient and effective alignment between Demand and Supply for our B2B channel.
- You will create a robust and accurate demand forecast that will drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions.
- You will analyze and evaluate historical demand patterns to develop accurate forecasting models that support business planning.
- You will collaborate with Offline Wholesale Teams to ensure alignment on customer demand, promotions, and new product launches.
- You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and potential issues.
Who we're looking for:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in demand planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar roles, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical expertise, with a proven ability to draw actionable insights from complex data and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage new projects, tackling complex challenges with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across various functions.
- Proficient in English (additional languages a plus).
