What You’ll Own
- Store Performance & Growth
- Drive Like-for-Like (LFL) growth across Emma’s company-owned and franchise stores — from footfall and demos to conversions and NPS.
- Build and manage performance dashboards (traffic, CVR, ATV, UPT, CPA per walk-in, margin) and run structured growth sprints with store managers.
- Standardize store operations and SOPs — from visual merchandising to CRM follow-ups.
- Coach store teams on selling skills, customer experience, and incentive design to maximize sales and satisfaction.
- Identify and reduce operational leakages — shrinkage, returns, and discount misuse.
- Market Expansion & New Store Launches
- Develop a market prioritization model considering demand potential, competition, rentals, and ROI.
- Own feasibility studies and business cases for new locations (capex, opex, payback, IRR).
- Lead end-to-end store launches with cross-functional teams — legal, design, supply chain, HR, IT, and more.
- Build and execute ramp-up playbooks to hit strong performance within the first 3–6 months of opening.
- Offline Marketing & O2O (Online-to-Offline) Growth
- Lead local area marketing (LAM) activities — activations in malls, societies, corporates, and communities to boost store awareness and traffic.
- Manage store-catchment performance marketing (map listings, discovery platforms) to drive high-quality walk-ins and appointments.
- Own relationships with BTL vendors and agencies — from creative production to budget control and ROI tracking.
- Analyze and optimize cost-per-walk-in, demo, and sale, reallocating spend to high-return channels.
- Strengthen O2O integration: CRM lead capture, appointment booking, remarketing, and post-visit follow-ups.
