What you´ll do:

  • As the Paid Search Team Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our paid search campaigns across 24+ markets. 
  • You will lead a talented team of paid search specialists, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for each region while effectively managing a significant (8-figure) advertising investment. Your insights and leadership will be crucial in enhancing our ROI and expanding our global reach.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to various international markets, aligning with overall business objectives and local consumer behavior.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy development, and bidding strategies.
  • Budget Management: Control and optimize a paid search budget of tens of millions of euros, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment across all markets.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights to drive optimization and improve results across diverse regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure strategies and messaging are consistent and tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Data Science and Attribution: Working closely with attribution data scientists to refine multi touch and media mix attribution models
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of global e-commerce trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify and scale best practices across markets.
  • Reporting and Insights: Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Who we´re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple countries.
  • Strong proficiency in PPC platforms, particularly Google Ads and Bing Ads, with experience in international targeting and localization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing substantial budgets (tens of millions of euros) and achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
