What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of Retail management across our European Emma stores
- You will support the steering of retail performance/processes across our European Emma stores.
- You will suggest ideas to improve our stores based on feedback you get from the team and store managers.
- You will work closely with the store teams to gain insight to build efficiencies within store operations.
- You will be comfortable working with retail KPI’s and the levers to challenge to build success.
- You will have the opportunity to work on other projects/activities that are aligned with your interests (Training calendar/execution, sales strategy, KPI development…).
Who we're looking for:
- Currently, you are studying Retail management, Business Administration/Management or any related university program.
- You speak fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese are preffered.
- At best you gained first practical working experience in a start-up environment and or fast paced business.
- You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly.
- Excel skills crucial
- You have strong communication and people skills both verbal/written.
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently.
- You can start as soon as possible and are available for at least 6 months.
