As the Senior Technical Developer in Azure Integration, you will play a critical role in designing, architecting, and implementing complex integration solutions using Microsoft Azure's integration services. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with users & stakeholders to understand their business requirements, develop integration strategies, and provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in software development, the Microsoft development stack, and proficiency in C# and similar technologies will be instrumental in driving successful integration projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. 
 
You'll be part of an exciting team and can mentor staff, investigate new technologies and support the overall strategic direction and development of theteam. You will work with a team of passionate, innovative, and dedicated people that focuses on getting the job done. We are a very fast-paced team who are driven to deliver awesome technology. 

What You'll Do:

  • Design, Implementation, and Maintenance: You will be responsible for designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining technical infrastructure, applications, and custom functions.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: You will address cloud and infrastructure issues, providing recommendations for improvements and ensuring efficient operations through monitoring and maintenance of Azure services.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: You will work with support teams to understand business needs, create design and testing documentation, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Customization and Development: You will provide technical input for functional design, develop custom solutions (forms, reports), and ensure that modifications meet accuracy and reliability standards.
  • Testing and Estimation: You will participate in system testing, validate results, and provide work estimates for prioritization and assignment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Hard Skills:
  • You have minimum 5 yrs of hands-on development experience is required including but not limited to: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Web/API Apps 
  • You have minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise software development using .NET stack, including: REST APIs, Web Applications, and distributed systems
  • You have a strong background in software development using the Microsoft development stack, including proficiency in C# and similar technologies.
  • You have 5+ years of experience delivering solutions using enterprise design patterns like MVC, CQRS, SOLID principles and Micro Services architecture.
  • You have 3+ years’ experience in SQL Server development.
  • You have working knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Kendo UI, DevExpress, etc.) and security best practices (e.g. OWASP).
  • You have solid understanding of integration patterns, data transformation techniques, and API design principles. 
  • Experience in NoSQL data stores development is an asset.

  • Soft Skills:
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. 
  • You have the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables, work under pressure, and implement development procedures and standards. 
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and result oriented.  
  • You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
