What You’ll Do:

  • You will analyze and record data in the accounting system related to accounts payable record keeping, vendor master and employee vendor master. 
  • You will review and validate invoices received and register the details into the accounting system, enter payments to the banking portal, create and amend new or existing vendor data, manage vendor queries, perform vendor reconciliations and reports based on agreed deadlines. 
  • You will reconcile various vendor accounts by identifying errors and applying appropriate accounting standards. 
  • You will take ownership in adhering to company policies and procedures, including implementing and maintaining internal financial controls. 
  • You will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results (e.g. KPIs) as needed. 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You are a graduate of Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • You have experience and knowledge in Accounting ERP Software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central and FSCM).
  • You are attracted by new challenges and have fun looking for creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis. 
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with cross-functional teams.  
  • You are strong in analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills .
