What You'll Do

  • Influencer Marketing 
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns (micro & macro) on multiple channels including Instagram, YouTube, Naver, etc. 
  • You will have end-to-end ownership on influencer marketing, from identifying, contacting, and negotiating with influencers, agencies, and group-buy partners. 
  • Track campaign performance, analyze, and optimize the data. 
  • Marketing support 
  • Support coordinating local marketing activities (e.g., group-buy campaigns, digital PR, SERP/blog seeding). 
  • Ensure marketing calendars and trackers are kept up to date. 
  • Support analysis of marketing performance (ROAS, traffic, conversion), preparing insights for weekly / monthly reviews. 
  • Business Development Responsibilities 
  • Assist with local demand planning and supply chain follow-ups  
  • Prepare local market research, competitive tracking, or ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making. 
  • Coordinate invoice submissions, PO documents, and help manage local finance tasks (with the team’s guidance). 

Who We're Looking For

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, agencies, startups, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce brand. 
  • A self-starter mindset: willing to own small projects end-to-end, learn quickly, and roll up sleeves to get things done 
  • You are proactive, organized, and focused on impact - someone who thrives in autonomy while driving execution. 
  • You’re highly analytical and data-driven.
  • You make decisions using KPIs, various data, and cost-efficiency metrics. 
  • You’re comfortable with multi-tasking, creative iteration, and working across multiple channels and stakeholders. 
  • You’re fluent in Korean (native) and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
