What you'll do:

  • Support in developing and maintaining the company's operations analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting systems;
  • Create clear and compelling visualizations in the form of graphs and dashboards, to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;  
  • Automate reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency, speed and accuracy of operations analytics;
  • Support in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by regularly auditing data sources and resolving discrepancies;
  • Play a key role in enabling self-service analytics by building and maintaining a curated set of published data sources;  
  • Dive deep into the data and use complex analytics to generate actionable insights that are communicated to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, possibly with a focus on operations or supply chain management;
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages;  
  • Expertise in data warehousing and ETL processes;     
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker; 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders;  
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
