The Role
We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager who will shape Emma India’s presence in the creator economy and beyond. This isn’t just about running influencer campaigns—it’s about building partnerships, communities, and cultural moments that make Emma the authority on sleep in India. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and performance, working closely with our Head of Collaborations and Brand to design how Emma shows up across digital platforms, creators, and organic communities.

What You’ll Own

  • Creator & Community Strategy
  • Build the Creator Ecosystem: Identify and cultivate authentic relationships with 200+ creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms (lifestyle, wellness, home, micro-creators).
  • Strategic Collaborations: Negotiate and structure long-term partnerships that go beyond one-off posts—think sleep challenges, bedroom makeovers, creator-led wellness series.
  • Community Building: Explore creator clubs, brand-led sleep communities, and offline activations that grow Emma’s organic cultural presence.
  • Campaign Innovation: Design 100+ monthly activations that feel creator-first while delivering measurable impact.

  • Brand & Content Strategy
  • Organic Social Ownership: Shape Emma’s organic social strategy, ensuring brand storytelling aligns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Creative Development: Guide creators and internal teams to produce content that both educates Indians on sleep health and authentically showcases Emma products.
  • Trend Intelligence: Stay ahead of platform shifts, viral trends, and creator innovations to keep Emma’s content approach fresh and relevant.

  • Growth, Insights & Innovation
  • Performance Analysis: Track creator and community performance, applying attribution models to measure true impact on sales and brand lift.
  • Market Research: Deeply understand how Indians discover, engage, and purchase mattresses online—use these insights to inform partnerships.
  • Budget Optimization: Allocate budgets smartly across creators, platforms, and activations to maximize ROI while experimenting with new formats.

  • At Emma you are also encouraged to take up topics of your choosing where you feel you may learn or create impact. These topics are not necessarily restricted to the job description and you have freedom in selecting or pitching topics outside your domain that you may wish to lead.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4 years in digital marketing, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator strategy.
  • You have a proven record of managing high-volume campaigns (50+ activations/month) and balancing strategy with execution.
  • You have the experience across both creator marketing and organic brand building.
  • You can connect the dots between cultural storytelling and business growth.
  • You are comfortable using analytics tools to optimize campaign and creator performance.
  • You are a natural at building authentic partnerships with diverse creators.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly to trends.
  • You have a strong understanding of India’s diverse regional markets and creator landscapes.
  • You have strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • You are hands-on with data analysis and marketing tools.
  • You are based in, or can relocate/work in, Gurgaon (no travel required).
