About the role: We’re looking for a Head of Global Influencer Marketing to build and drive a performance-focused influencer strategy that boosts growth and revenue. You’ll optimize partnerships for measurable ROI, scale global campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, and lead a team of 4-6 specialists. Working closely with other Marketing and E-commerce teams, you’ll maximize the impact of our influencer initiatives.
What you will do:
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement a global influencer marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Shape the global influencer strategy, defining best practices and a framework to empower E-Commerce teams in driving measurable results across markets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and implement strategies for optimization and scaling
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader performance marketing initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience: 8+ years in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Performance Focus: Proven track record of driving measurable growth through influencer partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
