What You'll Do
- You’ll be part of the team responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in Australia.
- You will take ownership of our ecommerce site/webshop platform as well as related metrics, increasing efficiency and accuracy of execution, improving conversion and traffic, and driving our browsing and purchasing experience.
- You will help find new business opportunities in the market and realize them.
- You will execute a diverse range of projects that will lead to overall growth of top line and/or bottom line of the business, from analysis and generating insights to helping operations.
- You will work closely with stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure alignment with the country’s plans and objectives.
Who We're Looking For
- You have studied Business Administration/Economics or any related university program
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Project Management, Special Projects, Business Administration/Management backgrounds will be highly regarded
- You have strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate information and findings to stakeholders
- You have a strong ability to learn and master internal tools, leveraging them to drive outcomes
- You have a very good command of Excel and other data analysis tools and can utilize these tools to present valuable data insights
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently, while being a team player
