What you´ll do:
- You are contributing to our global development strategy and self-driven learning culture.
- You are expanding our in-house development programs by conceptualizing and implementing new learning formats.
- You are analyzing learning gaps across the company and are coming up with proactive ideas and effective solutions to close them.
- You are overseeing existing development products, evaluate and continuously improve them.
- You are facilitating your own trainings and learning events and grow your own moderation skills.
- You are nurturing relationships with our external trainers and coaches and proactively expand our pool of external partners.
- You are doing research on learning trends and are developing your own project ideas.
Who we´re looking for:
- Degree in psychology, adult learning, pedagogics, sociology or a comparable qualification.
- Work experience in personnel development, training, or other relevant fields.
- You are interested in working with digital learning approaches and tools.
- You are highly proactive and have a passion for learning and development.
- You are communicative and ready to moderate workshops and trainings.
- You enjoy developing creative ideas and have strong conceptional abilities.
- You like working in a dynamic international environment with challenges that make you grow.
- You have great English skills both spoken and written. German is a plus.
