About the role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our EU D2C Planning team. As the leader of our talented demand planners, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing their growth and maximizing their potential. We're not just about meeting expectations; we're about exceeding them.  

You'll be at the forefront of our continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with other teams, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and driving transformative change to elevate our performance

What You'll Do:

  • You will be managing Emma’s demand planning team. Leading the demand planners by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential. 
  • You will lead Emma’s S&OP process, analyzing sales data and incorporating input from all stakeholders to create a demand plan that drives service level goals and inventory optimization. 
  • You will manage demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Emma’s country teams, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate customer insights into forecasts. 
  • You will work closely with the Supply Planning team to ensure that the demand plan is reflected in the supply plan and that inventory levels are optimized to minimize stock-outs while minimizing excess inventory. 
  • You will monitor and report on forecast accuracy, service level performance, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • You will continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors that impact demand planning, adjusting forecasts as needed to respond to changing market conditions. 

Who We're Looking For:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management or other related fields. 
  • You have 6+ years of solid experience in demand planning and S&OP processes. 
  • You’re analytical, love digging into data, and have a knack for solving problems. 
  • You know your way around advanced planning systems (APS) and forecasting methodologies. 
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • You communicate and collaborate effortlessly across teams 
  • You’re fluent in English.
