We’re a global team of 1000+ members representing over 65 nationalities based in our international offices in Frankfurt, Lisbon, Manila, and Mexico City, as well as our smaller regional hubs in Delhi, Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo. We partner with about 100 manufacturers and logistics providers worldwide for production and delivery. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Ireland that contributes currently to around 250million of revenue yearly.
  • Lead a team of around 55 Emmies. And report directly to the CEO.
  • Analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the markets rapidly with a focus on top line growth as well as bottom line profitability.
  • Generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in the region.
  • Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have 8+ years in the field(s) of business development, strategy consulting, or performance marketing preferably in the E-commerce space and you are ideally already managing managers successfully.
  • You must be fully fluent in English.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in consumer goods or consulting industry would be a plus for bringing best practices for e-commerce at Emma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing challenges in a proactive and creative manner.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills. Co-owner mindset with the founders and the rest of C level group.
